The client is of legal age (18+) and are using their own payment method.

They are responsible for understanding any terms and policies for the platforms they use the commission on.

Clients are not permitted to use any commissioned piece for non fungible tokens (NFTs) or crypto currencies.

I retain the right to refuse working on any project - no payment will be taken in this case.

I require credit to be written in a clear place for my work. It should be included in the bio, about or credits page of the platforms you will be using or displaying the work on.

The client may and is encouraged to contact me to discuss any additional uses for the completed project at any point in time.

The client agrees to not use commissioned deliverables for any commercial purpose outside of the initial intended use and to not repurpose any assets.

I reserve the right to post any completed projects to my websites and social media accounts.

I reserve the right to revise and update these Terms of Service at any point in time. If changes are made that will affect active projects, the clients will be notified.

By continuing to use my commissions and services, the client is agreeing to be bound by the revised terms as well.

The client may not resell the model in the future without contacting me first for permission. The price of the model art itself may not exceed what the client originally paid for it.

Payment will be taken via PayPal. An invoice will be sent to the client.

Refunds are not available. Payment is accepted once I am ready to begin work on the project. The only instance in which a refund will be given is in which I contact you that I am unable to work on the project - the client will then be offered a refund.

Payment may be split into parts if agreed upon originally. I will accept half payment upfront and the final half upon completion. The model PSD file will not be sent until full payment is made.

Invoices are required to be paid within 10 days of being sent. If payment is not received, I retain the right to cancel the project.

If the client fails to make additional agreed upon payments, I reserve the right to cancel the rest of the project. A refund will not be given for the work already completed. Any paid for deliverables will be given.

The client agrees to not file a chargeback without first contacting me and providing a valid reason as to why.

Regarding any references from the project, I require fully completed materials before assessing and quoting a price for the project.

The client will be provided with updates and works in progress (WIPs) throughout the project once it has begun.

In case of any delays, the client will be contacted to discuss the new scope of the project.

References are fine but I will not copy or steal from other designs - only take inspiration or examples.

I retain the right to stream progress or upload works in progress to my social media pages if the client has not paid for an NDA. If they have then work will be kept between the client and myself until project completion and the debut happens.

Upon the final delivery of the commission, the project will remain open for revisions for an additional 7 day period. This does not include the addition of upgrades and add on materials.

After this revision period, or if the client would like any upgrades, they may reapply for an "upgrade" commission. The same Terms of Service apply to these with costs to be discussed based upon the work to be done.

If the rigger however requires any adjustments and cutting, the client may contact me at any time to ask for those. There will be no additional charge if they are within reason.
